Spinach and ginger smoothie

This is an easy peasy smoothie to make to tickle your taste buds and kick start your digestives. I prefer organic and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.  If you don’t already do it, get out to your local farmers market and start trying out some new ways of getting some greens into your diet!

Ingredients

2 small hands full of water spinach
1 clove of garlic
1 lime
1 thumb nail of peeled ginger
1tbsp coconut oil
1 cup of coconut water

Method

Place leafy greens in nutribullet or blender, add liquid and all other ingredients and process until smooth. 

Enjoy!
