This little concoction was inspired by my husband’s kind and loving heart. He doesn’t say much my fella – his main love language is expressed through acts of service. This morning he’s been in the garden replanting my Aloe Vera. It now gets full sun and is in full view in our front garden for me to remember to use it as a part of my
#100daysFermented challenge. I’m committed to supporting my immune system and creating new habits of having something fermented – either food or drink every day for 100 days and beyond. And so far, so good.
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 1 long stem of fresh aloe vera washed and unpeeled
- 1 1/2 cups chia seeds soaked overnight in lemongrass tea
- Add lemongrass chia, chives and Aloe and blast for about a minute.
- I added 3 drops doTerra Peppermint oil and devoured this in one sitting!
