This has to be one of the easiest deserts I’ve ever made! If you’ve been reading my foodie blog for awhile, you’ll know by now I don’t do anything that’s complicated… in fact, I avoid it at all costs. So, you can imagine my delight when I discovered the joys of this treat. It can be juiced up, dressed up, frozen or eat fresh. Either way it’s divine!
- 165mil TCC coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1heaped tbsp cacao
- Dissolved cacao in enough boiling water to make a thick paste.
- Add coconut milk and pour in to small bowl.
- Add chia seeds and mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for about an hour until set.
- Optional: Drizzle with coconut milk and top with shredded coconut and almond slivers splashed with a dash of grated nutmeg.
