Chia seed chocolate mousse

Chia cacao mousseThis has to be one of the easiest deserts I’ve ever made! If you’ve been reading my foodie blog for awhile, you’ll know by now I don’t do anything that’s complicated… in fact, I avoid it at all costs. So, you can imagine my delight when I discovered the joys of this treat. It can be juiced up, dressed up, frozen or eat fresh. Either way it’s divine!

    Hi Bron

Looking at your chia seed choc mousse. I am still learning about chia seeds, when do I add the chia seeds? At the same time as the coconut?

Look forward to hearing your wisdom soon
