These wheat free pancakes are a walk in the park to make and hold together a whole lot better than a lot of other recipes I’ve tried. I don’t like shop bought, preservative packed packet mix, so I’ll continue to experiment and play around with different ingredients until I find the best recipe to suit my tastebuds.
1 egg 1/2 cup grated sheep cheese 1 tbsp coconut milk 1 small banana
Beat egg and add grated sheep cheese, coconut milk.
Heat coconut oil in pan, mash banana and mix with all other ingredients.
Poor into pan, cook on medium heat.
Serve and enjoy!
