Gluten free muesli

I have made my own muesli for years. The standard base I rely on is:

750gm organic rolled oats

500gm sunflower seads

300gm shredded coconut

and then I add different ingredients to spice it up and add variety.

In this batch I’ve added:

2dsp cinnamon powder

500gm walnut halves

300gm LSA (linseed, sunflower & almond mix)

My weekday breakfast

I’ve been known to add cardamon seeds, mixed nuts, roasted almonds and all sorts of goodies to spice things up.

In my mind, honey or sugar are optional and can always be added to taste. I enjoy my muesli with chilled oat milk or home made’s goat milk yoghurt!
