Healthy 2 minuite ‘fast food’

a bowl of 2 minute healthy fast food prepared by Bronwyn Clee

Manufactured fast food is a danger zone for me and my intolerances so having easy recipes to throw together makes my life easier. This little beauty doesn’t look too flash but tastes delish!

Salad

1 small carrot
1 small beetroot
1 pink lady apple
1/2 fennel bulb

Dressing

1tbsp coconut oil plus 1tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method

Clean all vegies, and throw in food processor with a fine grate blade (or grate by hand).
Mix oil and vinegar, pour vegies in a bowl and mix dressing through!
