Pot set chia and activated quinoa kefir

Need a healthy breakfast on the run? Try this pot set combo! Make it the night before and jazz it up with fruit and nuts as desired or enjoy it

as it is. I don’t have a sweet tooth so all of my recipes are honed to my taste buds. All you have to do to make it meet yours is add honey, stevia or whatever other natural sweetener that takes your fancy. Super quick and easy to make it’s a handy jar to have in the fridge and will keep for up to 4 days without the quinoa collapsing.

To activate quinoa, simply soak in room temperature water for up to 6 hours in warm weather. Rinse and drain, and place in fridge.

I jazzed mine up with some leftover homemade raspberry sauce and just had to change lids to colour match!

This is a light weight easy to throw together recipe – not just for breakfast mind you!
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk kefir
  • 1 dstp chia
  • 2 dstp activated quinoa
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients with a non metal spoon.
  2. Pour all ingredients into jar and let set while you get ready for the day.
  3. When you’re ready for breakfast, your jam packed little jar is ready and waiting for you.
