Oh My Goodness this is pure indulgence without any guilt or allergic reactions! And in line with my style of enjoying good food, it’s very easy to make and requires no cooking.
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup of cacoa
1/4 cup of stevia (I used half this as I don’t have a sweet tooth)
1/4 cup of almond or coconut milk
Smash avo and blend with remaining ingredients.
Set in fridge for a wee while – an hour or so and enjoy! Oh and I added a dollop of coconut cream for good measure.
