This wicked green smoothie was delicious! I’m trying to motivate myself to have more greens in my diet and to increase my mineral intake. This power packed smoothie consists of:
1 small cucumber
1 small bunch of mint
1 pink lady apple
a few kale leaves plus stems
1 handful of kankon Asian greens
1 cup of pure coconut water
Place all ingredients in blender and whiz until pureed.
